Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 27, 2026

1. Our commitment

Indy Bins is committed to making our website, indybin.com, accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA wherever possible and to continually improve the user experience for all of our customers.

2. Measures we take

To support accessibility we: use semantic HTML and clear heading structure; provide alternative text for meaningful images; maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background; ensure keyboard navigation works for all interactive elements; label form fields clearly; and design layouts that adapt to mobile and desktop screens.

3. Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may not yet be fully optimized:
  • Third-party widgets (such as our chat assistant and payment links) are provided by external services and may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
  • Some older documents or images added before our current standards may not be fully accessible.
  • Interactive map content may be difficult to navigate with assistive technology; an equivalent text-based service-area list is provided alongside the map.
We welcome feedback so we can prioritize fixes.

4. How to request assistance

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website or need help completing a booking, please contact us and we will assist you personally:

5. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know. Include the page address (URL) and a description of the issue. We take reports seriously and will work to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as we can.
