1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing indybin.com or booking Indy Bins services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Indy Bins rents durable, stackable moving bins and provides delivery and pickup within a 15–25 mile radius of Greenwood, Indiana. Rentals include a standard 7-day period; extensions are available at the daily rate.
3. Bookings & pricing
All bookings are subject to availability. Pricing is displayed at the time of booking and includes bin rental, delivery, and pickup. Additional fees may apply for bins kept beyond the rental period, excessive distance, or damage (see Section 5).
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate delivery information, ensure someone is available during the selected time window, use bins only for residential moving purposes, keep bins reasonably clean, and make bins accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.
5. Bin care & damage
Bins remain the property of Indy Bins. You are responsible for loss or damage to bins during your rental period, except for normal wear. Replacement charges may apply for lost or severely damaged bins. Optional damage protection is available at booking.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the delivery date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a delivery fee. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.
7. Liability
Indy Bins is not liable for damage to personal property packed in bins, injury during packing or moving, or indirect damages. Bins are provided as-is for moving convenience.
8. Website use & chat
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse the chat assistant. We may modify or discontinue website features at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data from the chat.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts serving Johnson County, Indiana.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
