Indy Bins ("we", "us", "our") is a residential and commercial moving bin rental service based in Greenwood, Indiana. We operate the website indybin.com and deliver bins within a 15–25 mile radius of Greenwood. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

When you book bins, claim a coupon, or contact us, we collect:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking details: delivery and pickup addresses (street, city, ZIP), preferred delivery and pickup dates, time window, selected bundle, bin count, add-ons, dolly selection, stair/elevator access, and gate instructions.
• Payment information: when you pay an invoice, payment is processed through our secure payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: the contents of chat messages, emails, and SMS you send us.
• Usage data: anonymous information such as pages visited and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We use your information to: schedule and fulfill bin deliveries and pickups; create and manage your customer profile; generate and send invoices and payment links; send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates; calculate delivery fees based on distance; provide customer support; prevent double-booking and manage fleet availability; and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at booking, you agree to receive recurring and transactional SMS messages and MMS messages from Indy Bins at the number you provided using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice. These messages may include booking confirmations, delivery and pickup reminders, invoice notifications, appointment changes, and, where you have opted in, promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

• Opt out: reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of marketing messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages related to your active booking.
• Carrier support: supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major U.S. wireless carriers, subject to availability.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline to provide your phone number, but this may limit our ability to coordinate your delivery.

We use AI and automated systems as described in our AI Policy. This includes a website chat assistant that may generate responses using AI, and booking automations that create profiles, invoices, and messages. AI may process the information you provide to deliver these services. We do not use your personal data to train third-party general-purpose AI models. AI-generated responses are informational and are subject to human review.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your cookie consent preference, remember your discount coupon, and analyze anonymous traffic patterns. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Third-party widgets (such as our chat assistant) may set their own cookies; see Section 8.

We retain booking and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, customer support, accounting, and legal compliance. SMS consent records are retained for the duration required by applicable carrier and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 10), subject to legal retention obligations.

We share your information only as necessary to operate our business:

• Service providers: our CRM, booking calendar, invoicing, payment processing, SMS/messaging, and chat-widget providers process your data on our behalf under written agreements. These providers may use AI to deliver their services but do not use your data to train unrelated models.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to the protections in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

These widgets may collect information you provide directly to them and are governed by their own privacy practices. By using the chat, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service. On our booking page, the chat widget is disabled to avoid duplicate consent collection (A2P compliance).

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We are a U.S.-based business and process information in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
